Order for 2 x Volvo Penta D8MH IMO III marine diesel engines
BMG Power Systems is proud to announce that we have been awarded an order for 2 x Volvo Penta D8MH IMO III marine diesel engines (221 kW each) with exhaust aftertreatment equipment. The order also includes delivery of 2 x ZF 305-3A marine gearboxes and a fully class-approved ZF Premium ClearCommand marine control system for engines and gearboxes.
Volvo Penta D8MH IMO III is a modern state-of-the-art fuel efficient and compact diesel engine with low exhaust emissions due to the selective catalyst reduction (SCR) that converts nitrogen oxides (NOx) with the aid of catalyst into diatomic nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O) with the help of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) also known as AdBlue
