BMG Power Systems to Deliver Six Complete Propulsion Packages to Pakri Workboats
BMG Power Systems has received an order for six full propulsion packages to Pakri Workboats, an Estonian commercial boatbuilder known for producing durable, high‑performance work vessels for harsh conditions.
Each shipset includes a Volvo Penta V6‑250 marine gasoline engine, paired with a ZF68 marine gearbox and a Hamilton HJ215 waterjet unit. The packages also incorporate all necessary installation components, ensuring a streamlined build process and optimal performance integration. The propulsion solution—combining Volvo Penta power, ZF driveline efficiency, and HamiltonJet maneuverability—provides Pakri Workboats with a balanced system offering strong acceleration, reliable thrust, and exceptional handling in shallow or confined operating environments.
In addition to hardware supply, BMG Power Systems is providing technical support and installation guidance throughout the build program to ensure smooth commissioning and long‑term system reliability. The six new vessels equipped with these propulsion packages will strengthen Pakri Workboats’ growing portfolio and further demonstrate the capability of modern, lightweight gasoline‑powered waterjet systems for professional use.
