S-DEUTZ is DEUTZ’s online service portal for engine owners and operators. Registering your engine is free, takes a few minutes, and gives you a longer warranty on parts and direct information from DEUTZ about your engine.

Why register
Five-year warranty on spare parts. Once your engine is registered, genuine DEUTZ parts bought from and fitted by an authorised DEUTZ partner are covered for five years or 5,000 operating hours. If a part fails because of a material or manufacturing defect, DEUTZ covers the part and the labour. DEUTZ calls this the Lifetime Parts Warranty.
The engine must be EU Stage IIIA / US Tier 3 or newer and maintained according to the operating manual. Keep the receipt from the service partner. Wear parts, maintenance parts, fluids and Xchange products are not included.
Updates and recalls. If DEUTZ releases a software update, a technical bulletin or a recall for your engine, you hear about it directly instead of finding out at the next breakdown.
Documentation online. The manuals for your exact engine are in one place, so you don’t need to dig for the paper copy in the cab.
Parts shop. Genuine DEUTZ parts, fluids and maintenance kits can be ordered through the portal.
How to register
- Find the engine number on the type plate on the engine.
- Create an account on the S-DEUTZ portal.
- Go to My engines and choose Register engine.
- Enter the engine details and save.
If you’d rather not do it yourself, we can register the engine for you at its next service.
Extended engine warranty
Through S-DEUTZ you can also extend the warranty on the engine itself to up to five years or 10,000 operating hours. It covers all engine components, including the exhaust aftertreatment system. On Stage V engines, that system is among the most expensive parts to repair. For machines that run fewer hours, there are options with lower hour limits.
The extended warranty is paid for and only available for certain applications and conditions. Ask us which option fits your machine.
