Where DEUTZ engines are found
Most DEUTZ engines in the Baltics don’t arrive on their own. They come inside a machine: an excavator, a tractor, a forklift, a generator set, a compressor or a pump. When the engine needs work, the machine dealer isn’t always the right place to go, and sometimes that dealer no longer exists.
That’s where we come in. We work on the engine whichever machine it sits in and whoever sold it.

Service
Our technicians are trained by DEUTZ and work with DEUTZ diagnostic software. That means we can read fault codes, update engine software and carry out warranty repairs to DEUTZ standards.
Much of the work happens on site, because a machine that can’t move can’t come to the workshop. We do routine servicing, fault finding, overhauls and warranty work.
In Estonia and Latvia there is a 24-hour DEUTZ service line. In Lithuania, DEUTZ service is handled by our team in Klaipėda.
Genuine parts
We order genuine DEUTZ parts and repair kits directly from DEUTZ. A repair kit contains everything for a specific job on a specific engine type, so nothing is missing once the engine is opened up.
To get the right part first time, send us the engine number from the type plate. The machine model alone isn’t enough, because the same machine can come with different engine versions.

Repair, exchange or replace
When an engine is worn out, a full rebuild isn’t always the best answer. DEUTZ offers different options for each stage of an engine’s life, and we help you work out which one makes sense:
- Repair kits for planned overhauls
- Xchange short and long blocks: reconditioned engine blocks built to the same standard as new
- Xchange engines: complete remanufactured engines, tested and supplied with warranty, in exchange for your old engine
- New replacement engines, when that is the better economic choice
- Repower: a newer engine in an older machine, to meet current emission rules or to get more years out of good equipment

BMG Power Systems DEUTZ service
Mercedes-Benz off-highway engines
Daimler Truck builds Mercedes-Benz engines for trucks, and also for machines: tractors, combines, excavators, loaders, drilling rigs and generator sets. For years these off-highway versions were sold and serviced by Rolls-Royce Power Systems under the MTU name, as the MTU 1000–1500 series and MTU Classic.
That has changed. DEUTZ has taken over sales and service of these engines, and since 1 January 2025 they have been serviced only by authorised DEUTZ partners. In the Baltics, that means us.
The range covers engines from 5 to 16 litres and up to 480 kW, based on the Mercedes-Benz OM934, OM936, OM470, OM471 and OM473, along with the older OM900 and OM460 series.
If your machine has one of these engines, you don’t need to look for a separate service partner. We supply new engines and genuine parts, and handle diagnostics and service for them in the same way as for any DEUTZ engine. Register your engine on S-DEUTZ
S-DEUTZ is DEUTZ’s online service portal. Registering your engine takes a few minutes and pays off in three ways:
- Longer parts warranty. Genuine DEUTZ parts fitted by an authorised partner are covered for five years or 5,000 operating hours, parts and labour included. DEUTZ calls this the Lifetime Parts Warranty.
- Updates and recalls. If DEUTZ releases a software update, a technical bulletin or a recall for your engine, you hear about it directly.
- Documentation online. The manuals for your exact engine are there whenever you need them.
